About Christine Koth
I’m always looking for ways to be of service. For the last 18+ years, I have used my physical therapy practice and skills to guide people towards wellness daily. My love of projects and the creative process has led me in many social betterment directions. I have started physical therapy clinics, created a private school for children, developed an outdoor classroom at an elementary school, hosted international retreats, hosted womens’ groups, started community groups and nurtured many integrated healthcare environments. I’m always looking for ways to bring people together and create connections. As one full of ideas and curious about the thoughts of others, I enjoy conversation, contemplation and collaboration. The best possible combination of these passions come together over simple things like a book club or a philosophical conversation over tea. My quest for wisdom and inner knowing brings me to my yoga mat and meditation practice daily.
From a physical therapy perspective, my training has been focused on various hands-on techniques along with a deep understanding of vibrational medicine and biomechanical analysis. Specialized training in tennis, yoga and mindfulness brings an added edge when it comes to performance enhancement and treating the whole person. I love solving problems and have a long track record of sucessfully evaluating my clients’ conditions and determining the true source of the problem. My determination to collaborate with other healthcare professionals ensures you will get the care you need and nothing will fall through the cracks. It is so rewarding when I am able to help my clients, even if they have been seen by other healthcare professionals with no results. I am always amazed at how well the body can heal when the right pieces of the puzzle are addressed. While I know that I don’t have all the answers, I am committed to collaborating with other providers to get the best answers for your wellness.
As I continue to practice physical therapy and connect with my family in a heart-centered way, I am inspired to live out these roles with passion, joy and purpose. My hope is that by keeping it real, I might just inspire others to do the same.
