Eureka Calhoun

Eureka Calhoun is the owner and operator of Velvet Lope Styling, LLC.
Velvet Lope is a wardrobe styling and image consulting company. Eureka has
quickly built a reputation for being more than just a stylist. With over 7
years’ experience as a stylist she has contributed to the production for the 1st
Annual Oklahoma City Fashion Week sponsored by Mercedes Benz, and featured
on KFOR and KSBI fashion/style segment. She has also worked with skillfully
trained makeup artists, agency models, and photographers for numerous
published editorials. She also specializes in collaborations with local artists and
entrepreneurs for visual brand development.

Eureka received her BA from Alabama A&M University in Early Childhood
Education and her MBA in Speech Pathology. Expanding her passion into
becoming a wardrobe stylist and personal image consultant has allowed her to
obtain dual experience to provide her client’s a unique skill set required for
success. Her ultimate goal is to inspire individuality!

Eureka is very active and supportive in a variety of civic and cultural
organizations. Outside of professional interests she travels, reads, blogs, and enjoys
spending time with family and friends.
